I really liked that dlawlesshardware offers samples before you commit to ordering a bunch of hardware. It made picking the right finish feel a lot less stressful, at least for me. The sample showed up quickly and looked close to the photos. It definitely helped me feel more confident before buying more.

I ordered some cabinet pulls and the photos and details were pretty much spot on with what arrived. The size and finish were right, though they might be just a tiny bit darker in person... but not enough to bother me. Overall, I’m happy with them.

The handles look decent once they’re on, but getting them installed was way more frustrating than I expected. The holes didn’t line up right, and it felt like they only wanted to cooperate half the time. I had to redo a few just to get them to sit properly, so definitely not as easy as I hoped.
